Enschede Museum Nacht

About

The task was to create a feedback system for Museum Nacht Enschede, the event is a showcase of Enschede's local and student gems. Over 33 locations around Enschede city center are lit up for one night a year. To gauge both visitors' opinions and experiences a member of the organisation hired me to create this system for them.

Challenges & Solutions

This was my first freelance gig, a job that was primarily in Dutch. Despite having lived in the NL since 2019, my academic and grammatically correct Dutch needs some work. Nevertheless I was able to clearly understand and communicate the client's wishes and feature requests. As the event is attended by several nationalities it was important to ensure the website was accessible from Twentse locals to the German tourists. This project was both rewarding in experience and compensation but most of all I am proud to live in Enschede and to be able to contribute to these cultural events.
